Terms of service

The plain-English rules for using Nabbi. By setting up an alert or paying for Priority or Concierge, you agree to these terms.

Last updated October 29, 2026

1. What Nabbi is

Nabbi is an independent information service. We check publicly available booking calendars and send you an email when something you’re watching appears to be available. We are not a travel agent, ticket seller or booking platform, and we are not affiliated with Recreation.gov, the National Park Service, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Apple, or any park, museum, attraction or agency we mention.

2. No guarantees

Availability changes constantly and is controlled entirely by the official site. We can’t guarantee that something will open, that our alert will arrive before it’s booked by someone else, or that information shown on Nabbi (including release dates, times and prices) is complete or current. Official sites can be slow, change without notice or block checks, which may delay or prevent alerts. Always confirm details on the official site before you rely on them.

3. Official sites

When you book, you book directly with the official site or seller under their own terms, prices, fees and cancellation rules. Nabbi isn’t a party to that booking and can’t change, cancel or refund it.

4. Using Nabbi fairly

You agree to:

  • Use your own email address and keep it accurate.
  • Use Nabbi for personal, non-commercial trip planning. Don’t use it to buy inventory for resale or to run your own alert service.
  • Not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with Nabbi, or try to access other people’s alerts or accounts.
  • Follow the rules of the official sites you book on, including limits on how many tickets or permits you may hold.

We may suspend alerts that break these rules or that look automated or abusive.

  • Priority is a one-time payment (currently $8.88) that gives the alert or trip you chose faster checks (currently every 2 minutes) and earlier emails for 30 days. It does not renew automatically.
  • Concierge (currently $29 per request) means a person on our team watches your request and contacts you with booking help. It does not include the price of any ticket, room or permit, and we won’t sign in to your accounts or book on your behalf.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe under its terms. Prices may change, but changes won’t affect anything you’ve already paid for.

6. Refunds

If Nabbi didn’t provide what you paid for, for example if our checks stopped working during your Priority period, contact us within 30 days and we’ll refund you or extend the service. We don’t offer refunds simply because nothing opened, since that’s outside anyone’s control, but talk to us and we’ll be fair.

7. Partner links

Some pages include links to licensed partners. Purchases with them are between you and the partner, under their terms. We may earn a commission. See our affiliate disclosure.

8. Our content

The Nabbi name, logo, design and written content belong to Nabbi. You may share links to our pages, but please don’t copy the site or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you.

9. Liability

Nabbi is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed bookings, travel costs or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Ending the service

You can stop any alert at any time with the link in our emails. We may change or discontinue parts of Nabbi, including which sites we watch. If we discontinue a paid feature during your paid period, we’ll refund the unused part.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If changes are significant, we’ll tell active users by email. Questions: hello@heynabbi.com.
