How can we help?

Answers to the questions we get most. Can’t find yours? Ask a person.

Getting started

What is Nabbi?

Nabbi watches official booking calendars for things that sell out (campsites, permits, timed entry, park lodges, attraction tickets, Global Entry interviews and Apple Store pickup) and emails you the moment something opens for your dates.

How do I set up an alert?

On the home page, enter where you’re going and when, tap Watch on anything that’s sold out, then enter your email. Click the confirmation link we send, and your alerts start right away.

Do I need an account?

No, an email address is enough. With a free account you can see and manage all your alerts in one place and message our team.

What does it cost?

Standard alerts are free. Priority ($8.88 for 30 days) checks more often and alerts you first. Concierge ($29) puts a person on your request.

What can I watch?

See What we watch for the full list and where we look.

Alerts & emails

I didn’t get my confirmation email.

Check spam and promotions, then search your inbox for “Nabbi.” Add hello@heynabbi.com to your contacts. Still nothing after 10 minutes? Set up the alert again, or write to us.

How often do you check?

Free alerts are checked every 10 minutes and Priority every 2 minutes, around the clock. Sometimes an official site is slow or down. If so, we try again on the next check.

I got an alert but it was already gone.

That happens with the most popular spots. Openings can disappear within minutes. Your alert keeps running, and things that open once usually open again. Being signed in to the official site ahead of time helps a lot, and Priority gets you the news sooner.

Why did I get an alert for something that isn’t available for me?

Double-check your group size and dates in the email. If something still looks off, forward the alert to us and we’ll investigate.

How do I stop an alert?

Every email has a one-click link to stop that alert or the whole trip. You can also manage everything from your account.

Will you email me about anything else?

Only things that matter for what you’re watching: openings, upcoming release days and confirmations. No newsletters unless you ask.

Trips & watchlists

Can I watch a whole trip at once?

Yes. Pick your destination and week, add everything you want (campsites, permits, timed entry, tours, tickets) and start alerts in one step. You confirm once, and when anything opens you get one email that lists it all.

Can I change my dates?

Start a new alert with the new dates and stop the old one from any email or from your account.

Is there a limit to how many things I can watch?

No fixed limit for normal use. If you’re watching dozens of things for the same trip, consider whether you’d really book each one, so the emails stay useful.

Booking & official sites

Do you sell tickets or book for me?

No. We tell you the moment something opens and link you to the official page, so you book in your own name at the official price. For some attractions we also show licensed tour partners.

Why aren’t some places checked automatically?

A few official sites block automated checks with CAPTCHAs or verification walls. We don’t try to get around those. Instead we link to the official site and trusted partners, and Concierge can watch them for you.

Are you affiliated with Recreation.gov, CBP or Apple?

No. Nabbi is independent. We read the public availability those sites show to everyone.

Your data & account

What do you do with my email?

We use it to send the alerts and messages you asked for. We never sell it. See our privacy policy.

How do I delete my data?

Email hello@heynabbi.com from the address you used, and we’ll delete your alerts and contact details.

Still stuck?

Write to us and a real person will get back to you, usually within one business day.
