Nabbi
How it works

We refresh the booking page, so you don’t have to.

Campsites, permits, lodge rooms, museum tickets and interview slots come back all the time when people cancel. They’re usually gone within minutes. Nabbi checks the official calendars around the clock and emails you the moment something opens for your dates.

Example alert
From: Nabbi · just now It’s open: Upper Pines, Nov 14–16

A site just opened at Upper Pines Campground for your dates. Cancellations go fast, so book it now on the official site.

Four steps, about a minute of your time

You do the fun part (picking the trip). We do the boring part (watching the calendar).

  1. Pick where and when

Type a park, city or country and choose your dates, or just a month. You’ll see every campground, permit, lodge, tour and ticket we can watch there.

  2. Add things to your watchlist

Tap Watch on anything that’s sold out. Add one thing or twenty. A whole trip goes into one watchlist.

  3. Confirm your email once

We send one confirmation link so nobody can sign you up by mistake. Click it and your alerts start right away.

  4. Book the moment it opens

When something opens for your dates, you get one email with a direct link to the official booking page. You book it yourself, in your own name.

What happens behind the scenes

Every 10 minutes, Nabbi asks each official booking system the same question you would: is anything available for these dates? We read the public availability that anyone can see on those sites, like Recreation.gov, ReserveCalifornia, Parks Canada, U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s scheduler, the official museum shops and apple.com.

When the answer flips from “sold out” to “available,” we send your alert. We also post it on the “Just opened” board on the home page, so everyone can see how often things come back.

A few official sites block automated visitors with a CAPTCHA. We don’t try to get around that. For those, we show the official link, the release schedule when we know it, and trusted partners who still have inventory.

Watch a whole trip at once

Planning a long weekend in a national park? Watch two campgrounds, a wilderness permit and a park lodge room as a backup, all in one watchlist.

Your dates, not just any dates

Alerts only fire for the nights, days or time slots you picked. No noise about openings in March when you’re going in July.

One email, not twenty

If several things on your trip open in the same check, they arrive together in one tidy email, each with its own booking link.

Groups of any size

Tell us how many nights, guests or permit holders you need, and we’ll only alert you when there’s room for the whole group.

Stop anytime

Every email has a one-click link to stop that alert or the whole trip, and you can manage everything from your account.

When you get an alert

  1. Open the link right away. Popular cancellations often last only a few minutes.
  2. Be signed in already. Log in to Recreation.gov, the museum shop or the CBP site ahead of time so checkout is quick.
  3. Book first, plan second. Most official sites let you cancel, often with a small fee. Grab it, then decide.
  4. Missed it? Your alert keeps running. Things that open once usually open again.

What Nabbi never does

  • We don’t sell or resell tickets. You always book directly with the official site, at the official price.
  • We don’t hold or hoard inventory. We never reserve anything to resell, so we never take a spot from anyone.
  • We don’t beat CAPTCHAs or log in as you. We only read public availability.
  • We don’t sell your email. It’s used to send your alerts. That’s it.
